Day Seventeen

Something that has made a huge impact on your life recently:

This is, and always will be The Marine Corps.

The Few, The Proud, The Marines.

Ever since 2003 when My Husband, (then boyfriend) made the decision to join the Marine Corps, it has been something that has impacted my life everyday.

From boot camp to deployments, to all of the moving around, the Corps is who we have to thank for it.

If it wasn't for the Marine Corps, I'd probably still be working at The Home Depot and Aaron would still be working for his Dad. We'd be living in some tiny apartment back home, and we'd be miserable. We'd never leave. We'd never make all of these wonderful friends that we've made along the way. We'd never be able to say that our kids were born in two different states. We'd never be able to be financially stable.

So as much as I HATE the Corps sometimes, I'd also have to be grateful for all of the experiences that it's given us, and the major impact that it's had one our lives. The good, and the bad. Not to mention the pride that comes along with it..
